Amanda has always been active and found the midwest to be a struggle. She left for Tucson, Arizona for college to get more outdoor time. During her time in Tucson she gained a love for twilight desert runs. It was such a mental release for her.
She is a ﬁrm believer in the correlation of a strong, healthy mind & body to happiness and found that ﬁtness is a great way to achieve that. She is a huge fan of small group ﬁtness classes because nothing keeps you going more than a group of great people and a leader who is there to remind you why you made the effort to bring yourself to class.
