As a chiropractor, sports rehab specialist, and personal trainer, Brittaney has a wide variety of methods to improve movement patterns, exercise restrictions, and athletic achievement for her clients/patients. After completing her Doctorate and Masters degrees at Logan College of Chiropractic, Brittaney gained solid experience with professional athletes of all levels while interning at the world renowned training company, Athletes Performance. Brittaney fulfils the gap between restricting injuries and peak athletic performance. Certified in multiple techniques focusing on body mechanics and training techniques, she has a knowledgeable understanding of the way the body works in regards to exercise, nutrition, and movement patterns.
