CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

Strength and Biomechanics:

BOSU: Entire class done with a BOSU working on balance while incorporating strength and cardio drills.

BODY WEIGHT: All exercises done with your own bodyweight as resistance for a full body strength workout.

Burn: There’s nothing like one of Antonio’s classes.  Non-stop, unique moves and motivation will bring you back every week screaming for more!

FCore: All core and all Functional.  Use your body in every plane of movement while training for strength and endurance.

FTrain: Strength, cardiovascular, balance, agility…

Just Strength: Weights, bands, tubing and TRX will be used to focus on building strength.  NO cardio drills.

Body Conditioning:

Method: A dancers based workout that is all the rage.  High volume standing work followed by floor exercises

Pilates 360: A contemporary pilates workout that incorporates BOSU, weights and tubing

Powerball Pilates: Up the anti on your Pilates workout by using weighted Bosu Ballast balls with your Pilates moves.

Endurance:

Cycle: Train with Watts, HR, and cadence on the CycleOps 300 PT bike for a power filled ride.

I Ride: Cycle class with music, all request taken!

P.E.: All cardio drills bringing you back to the days of gym class.

Prime (preem) Ride: Cycle class but longer and better.  Get ready to race!  There’s awards given to riders at certain points midrace.

Rent a Computrainer: Schedule a time, hook up your bike and ride a course

RUN: Nothing you’d want to do by yourself!  Speed and hill intervals on the treadmill.  Guaranteed to make you faster, stronger, and more fit.

Swimmers: Small group conditioning focusing on speed, power, and technique during the freestyle stroke.  Series of 6 classes as part of a series.  No make up dates. Must pre register and pre-pay $120 for 6 classes. Chicago Park District Pool at 911 S Aberdeen.  Pool pass will need to be purchased on first session, 10 week pass is $35. Next session begins end of February.


Small Group Classes Cost:

$20/class

10 for $180

Monthly Unlimted Classes $200 (includes gym membership)
