The Spin Scan number represents your overall pedaling efficiency. Constantly updating bar graphs represent a 360° revolution broken up into 15° increments. There are different opinions on what is truly “efficient” or not, however like many things in life, it isn’t where you’re at at any one point but rather where you’re at from where you started.
