Robin Rabicke | Trainer

From early childhood, gymnastic and recreational sports were the foundation of Robyn’s life. As time progressed, fitness and an active healthy lifestyle became a natural, everyday routine. Robyn has been part time teaching group exercise and personal training for over eight years. Recently making a career change to work in the health and fitness industry full time, Robyn brings a well rounded background of strength and endurance training as well as yoga.

As an individual, Robyn enjoys a well rounded high energy training environment and in turn expresses that in her instruction and coaching! Passion to help other achieve personal goals and push beyond what they think they are capable of doing!
